Summary of the role:
We are looking for an Advisor to help serve our existing client base and grow our market in the greater Montreal area. This position reports directly to the agency’s founder. This position also involves implementing business development strategies based on company objectives that will drive sales growth and customer satisfaction with the organization.
- Work with the agency’s founder to develop new strategies to increase the sales network and systematically achieve monthly, quarterly and annual objectives;
- Development of pitches and proposals to meet the real needs of our clients;
- Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with the client;
- Follow up with customers, suppliers and the internal team on the progress of projects;
- Develop prospecting techniques to expand our pool of potential customers;
- Educate potential customers on digital products and strategies tailored to customer needs;
- Manage existing customer database to ensure all communications are logged and logged;
- Be a quality ambassador for the Bras Gauche team.
What you have to bring to the team:
- 3+ years of sales experience over the phone, online and in person;
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and a willingness to perfect their knowledge (Website, branding, graphic design, etc.);
- Excellent customer service and telephone, verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
